All pricing listed is a base price. You will receive a final price once we discuss all of your details. I require at least a two-weeks notice for orders. Any last minute orders may require an additional fee.
A non-refundable 50% deposit is required for all orders when you place your order. Your order is not confirmed until you pay your deposit. I will not be holding any dates.
PICK-UP: Once your deposit is paid, we will discuss a pick-up date and time. Please adhere to the pick-up time dedicated to you. Due to other orders I may have, your order needs to be picked up on time or you'll be charged additional fees.
DELIVERY: All orders are for pick-up only unless you ask for delivery when you place your order. I offer deliveries within Oakland and San Leandro areas for $20. I do not deliver outside of those areas.
